Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of canned chickpeas

  • 1 Tsp of olive oil

  • 1 Tsp of onion powder

  • 1 Tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/2 Tsp of paprika

 

Preparation

1. Rinse chickpeas and place them in a bowl.

2. In the same bowl add olive oil and spices, then mix everything.

3. Turn the air fryer to 350F and add chickpeas.

4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, check and stir the chickpeas periodically (every 5 minutes).

 

Notes

  1. Feel free to add any spices you’d like and in any quantity, depending on the flavour intensity that you want.

  2. I recommend eating these fresh, if they sit for too long they can become stale and lose their taste and crunch.
