Spicy Tuna bowl

ingredients
Bowl
1/2 can of canned tuna
1/3 cup of cooked rice
1 mini cucumber
1/2 of a medium size carrot
1/2 a Tbsp of green onion
1 pack of seaweed
Sauce
1-2 Tbsp of siracha
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 of 1/2 of a tsp of lemon juice
1/2 of 1/2 of a tsp of sesame oil
Preparation
1. Cook your rice as directed on the package. Once fully cooked, scoop 1/3 of a cup and place it as the base in a serving bowl. Allow it to cool down.
2. While the rice is cooling, mix the mayonnaise, siracha, lemon juice and sesame oil. Then, add the tuna and mix until the tuna is evenly coated. Set the mixture aside.
3. Cut up your cucumbers, carrots and onions and set them aside.
4. Once the rice has cooled down, add the tuna mixture, and arrange the cucumber, carrots, green onion and seaweed on top of the rice.
5. Enjoy your delicious and spicy tuna bowl!

I recommend using sushi or sticky rice—I used sushi rice. However, feel free to use whichever type of rice you prefer."
